L'anémie infectieuse des équidés (AIE) est une maladie du cheval très ancienne qui a été décrite pour la première fois au 19ème siècle. La maladie est présente en France sous forme de foyer sporadique. Néanmoins, elle constitue toujours un risque important pour le cheptel équin.
